Some may think this is strange, but I'll take the "yank tank".. I've never liked the look of the last gen Supra. But I'd like to have the Mustang with the wheels that are on that Supra though.
Edit: I'm a SUCKER for cars from Japan and Europe. Most of the American cars I like are more than 30 years old.. But as I said above, never liked the MKIV Supra..

Mustang, I hate the look of the Supra.
And something about blower whine makes me all wet and my pants tight.

Good on ya, m8. Anyone who chooses the supra is a commie bastard.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:15 |

THIS IS MADNESS!
But considering I'm looking to buy a terminator........Cmere snakey snakey

Personally, I gotta have that...

Well... I AM a commie bastard.. heh.. but I love cars.

Mustang = good looks, good power, easy upgradeable, cheap (enough)
Supra = much rare, insanely modifiable engine, very cool, but also expensive.
Tough choice. If money were no option, I'd say both, since money is an option, I'll go with the rustang.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:19 |

Double wishbone suspension all around, one of the best interiors of any 90's cars, and aluminum construction to reduce weight? Supra all the way. I like to go fast in more than just a straight line.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:19 |
|
wow, this is shaping up to be a battle after all
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:20 |

Where I live it would be rather different.. it would be "Mustang = much rare, Supra = meh, I've seen enough of that"
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:22 |
|
Haha same.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:22 |

Well here in 'Merica and we speak 'Merican, and Mustangs are dime-a-plenty.
lol.

Can I take the Supra to Top Secret and have them put a V12 in it?
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:24 |
|
Terminators are as rare as mkivs I'd wager, if not more rare. The iron 4.6 is as modifiable and has as much potential as the supra's 2jz. Especially the legendary aluminum teksid block....
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:26 |
|
It just needs to lose that silly handlebar out back...
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:27 |
|
I fail to agree. I have seen WAY more Termi's than I have TT supras. and yes, you can get the 4.6 to the 1200+HP range, but it takes a whole lot more to get there, and it becomes seriously un-streetable at that point.

man, nibbles has got your goat today.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:30 |

Yeah.. you're lucky :) I have a dream, well I have more than one but.. well, anyhow, THIS is probably amongst my top ten ultimate cars..
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:41 |

Wrong. There are 7300 Terminator Cobras in the US and 11000 Supras. Also you have to replace supra internals at some point too if you want to hit big hp marks. Both cars can easily reach 500 whp without touching internals but after that point it becomes russian roulette as to whether the engines will shit out the crank.
12/13/2013 at 18:43 |
|
I know, DAMN YOU NIBBLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
![]() 12/13/2013 at 18:45 |
|
True, but as the Supra is valued higher, most spend their days hiding in garages, where as Termi's are owned by men who aren't afraid of driving their cars. And yes they both need internals and what not, but I just feel like the Supra can take the 4 digit hp club beating better than the Mustang. Don't get me wrong, I am a Mudstain fan, just saying.

I lurv the MKIV but I wouldn't mind the Stang at all...

Ok now you've convinced me you don't know what you're talking about and that you're on a fanboy bandwagon. Good for you.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 19:43 |

which did you choose grimey?
![]() 12/13/2013 at 19:47 |

Fan boy for who. Supras??? Nah. Maybe its just the whole grass is greener on the other side thing, I have seen a lot of mustangs blow after hitting the 800 hp mark.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 20:13 |

I went with the supra for some reason I dont quite remember...I think because I was thinking it might be a better handling car but that is based on basically nothing but mostly I like the looks of the supra more than that generation of mustang. But the T56 and supercharged V8 is awesome. I love the sound of both cars. You can hopefully see my dillema.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 20:13 |

If you keep it in the family, you can get the V12 from the Toyota Century!
You'd have to bust out a fair bit of engineering to make it truly bonkers, but hey, why not?

I'm sure you have troll. Hate it when I get suckered in to trying to have a discussion on the internet only to end up talking to a professional adolescent.

Serious man, no joke, no troll.
![]() 12/13/2013 at 21:29 |

Easy choice supra . now if it was the 662hp Shelby gt500 it would be a different story
![]() 12/13/2013 at 22:03 |
|
Top Secret has done it in the past, that's why I'm asking. That V12 plus two turbos was good for 250 miles an hour at Nardo.

Huh, I'm gona have to look that one up. Youtube, I'm guessing?
